Overall Satisfaction with Oracle ERP Cloud

It is used throughout the organization - GL, A/P, Procurement, & Fixed Assets. [It] Allows us to have integrated workflow and GL and financial reporting.
  • Controls and audit trails
  • Frees up IT resources versus an on-prem solution.
  • Consistent update and patch schedule.
  • Customer service/service requests
  • Better integration with EPM, specifically PBCS
  • Expanding ad-hoc reporting tools
  • Required us to change/modify our IT culture/support
  • Requires more user engagement and ownership
  • Increased testing and the required resources for patches and upgrades
Very similar, came down to the relationship we built with Oracle sales staff and the ownership of the data in the cloud.
Large organizations that need to integrate processes and activities across various depts. and locations.
