Consolidating 5 companies on 4 disparate GLs into a singular ERP solution. Trying to eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies. We are currently deploying the AP portion, attempting to consolidate into a Shared Services organization, and demonstrate leadership to the rest of the company. From there, the AP tool will feed into our Oracle shell GL and then into the disparate GLs until such time as we consolidate. We are just at the beginning stages of our journey.

- Assisting with a single chart of accounts structure
- The de novo roles aren't really best in class, and it is very difficult and time consuming to develop custom roles.
- Too early to tell at this time, but we do expect positive results.
