Overall Satisfaction with Oracle ERP Cloud

We use Oracle ERP Cloud across the enterprise to support all our business and administrative functions in the areas of finance and supply chain.

Pros

  • Quarterly releases, software always being upgraded, no infrastructure to support internally.
  • Reduces the internal IT infrastructure footprint.
  • Standardizes our business processes and master data across all workstreams.

Cons

  • Approval workflows could use more robust functionality.
  • Procurement, SCM inventory management is not as robust as we expected.
  • Still too early to tell at this point, but assuming it's positive.
Oracle Cloud has richer functionality and is extendable.
Oracle ERP Cloud is well suited for our Finance and SCM functions, but SCM is very minimal.
