Overall Satisfaction with Oracle ERP Cloud

Oracle ERP Cloud is being used by the entire organization. It is used by Procurement, Accounting and Sales. We are using Oracle ERP Cloud as the backbone of our business to automate processing and streamline our business.
  • Providing updates in a timely fashion to address needs.
  • Streamlined end user interface that can be used by all levels of users.
  • Workflow benefits processes for approvals.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud does not have the same functionality in all areas that EBS has done well for years.
  • Troubleshooting is difficult within ESS jobs as they show succeeded but the process contains issues that have to be seen in the logs.
  • We have had to increase headcount for support even though it is a cloud offering.
  • Cloud will provide greater ROI but it will take more time than originally thought.
Oracle ERP Cloud was chosen over SAP and Dynamics 365 due to functionality.
Oracle ERP Cloud is well suited for a business that can use the out of the box processing with more vanilla business processes. Configuration adds abilities but they cannot address all areas within the initial rollouts.
