  • Pardot is more user friendly and easy to use compared to other marketing automation solutions like Marketo or Eloqua.
  • I particularly like the new email editor as it creates a very visual experience.
  • Drip programs are easy and logical to program.
  • A/B testing capabilities are not as easy and robust.
  • Increased efficiency for team members to run large campaigns and better follow up.
  • Increased lead to MQL conversion through use of drip programs and lead nurturing.

  • More efficivent lead hand off from marketing to sales.
The price/value ratio for Pardot makes it a great tool for our organization. It's functionality and Salesforce integration cover our needs.
Pardot is a great tool when it comes to basic forms of markting automation. It's quick and easy integration into salesforce is valuable. The questions I would as would be around the complexity of drip programs and segmentation required that might make Pardot not the right tool.
