Overall Satisfaction

  • Excellent integration with Salesforce leads, contacts and campaigns
  • Easy to create email drip campaigns sending the right message at the right time based on action or inaction
  • Progressive forms so that users do not have to enter their information over and over
  • Many templates for professional landing pages and emails
  • Dynamic list creation making it easy to utilize and trust lists
  • Better integration with Campaign History would be nice. Users in salesforce would like to know how contacts/leads interacted with email campaigns. Did they respond? Click on any links?
  • Autoresponders with attachments. When a user gives me their information for a "free" piece of content, i would like to email them that piece of content as an attachment.
  • Increased employee efficiency. Emails, drip campaigns, landing pages can all be setup in advance and our marketing campaigns will just work
  • Better conversations with Leads since we can track their interests using the programs
  • Better customer service since we know what our customers are interested in consuming and how they are participating
Pardot is an affordable platform with a month-to-month commitment removing the long term investment and risk. It's easy to use, but still has all the complicated features necessary for a robust marketing automation platform. Once you've setup Pardot you can sit back and measure your campaigns and tweak them as necessary without having to re-create from scratch. Pardot puts the power in the Marketers hands without relying on an IT expert.
I would recommend Pardot to all those who are using Google Analytics for website analysis for Marketing purposes. With Pardot's very competitive price and full feature set of tools, all companies looking to use a marketing automation platform should consider this platform. It is a Marketers necessity to be able to create and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and that is what Pardot does.
