- Excellent integration with Salesforce leads, contacts and campaigns
- Easy to create email drip campaigns sending the right message at the right time based on action or inaction
- Progressive forms so that users do not have to enter their information over and over
- Many templates for professional landing pages and emails
- Dynamic list creation making it easy to utilize and trust lists
- Better integration with Campaign History would be nice. Users in salesforce would like to know how contacts/leads interacted with email campaigns. Did they respond? Click on any links?
- Autoresponders with attachments. When a user gives me their information for a "free" piece of content, i would like to email them that piece of content as an attachment.
- Increased employee efficiency. Emails, drip campaigns, landing pages can all be setup in advance and our marketing campaigns will just work
- Better conversations with Leads since we can track their interests using the programs
- Better customer service since we know what our customers are interested in consuming and how they are participating
