Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex as our HRIS system and payroll. We also user their benefits administration system. It is used by accounting and human resources for the most part but every employee has an account and can look at their paystubs and do their benefits enrollment through this portal.
- They have a lot of tools available with a one point log in
- It's great to be able to go to one spot to do benefits, payroll, etc
- The people/payroll piece is user friendly
- There aren't a ton of options to create out of the box/personalized functionality
- There isn't one point of contact, subject matter expert who can help with what portal to do certain actions in
- Often times customer service isn't super responsive
- Paychex Flex has helped us to process payroll smoothly
- Paychex Flex has helped us to track applicants
- Paychex Flex has helped us to allow a smooth transition from new hire to first day of work
