Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex for our payroll and other necessary reporting.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Customer service.

Cons

  • Not sure because I'm very happy with it.
  • Nothing negative. I just need it for my payroll and it works well.
Someone is always available and always able to help.

It is waaaaay easy.
The system is easy to use. Was easy to get set up and covers all my payroll needs.
