Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Currently use the services for just my payroll processing, which takes the burden of the ever changing tax laws. Right now I use the payroll processing on monthly basis. Saves a little bit of time and costs.

I have not used the reporting
Once again, ease of use, flexibility of our needs and great customer service.
I used another payroll company years ago and I didn't feel like our business really mattered to them. Even though I don't use many of the different services, I've been with Paychex for over 10+ years and counting.

Flexibility of services. Pick what works for our company.
This actually works quite well for my particular business, but not sure about larger organizations. I find the services are helpful for my our situation.

Relationship with Paychex, Inc.

It just made sense to use Flex.
If I couldn't locate on our account, then I'd reach out to the rep and they would help get the issue resolved.
Mostly a fair price for our small business.
Just ask questions. I never hurts to ask because otherwise you'd never know.

Using Paychex Flex

1 - Our organization is a staff of one person who has self taught or taken classes to learn the skills.

No. Our business doesn't have the cash for something like this.
There have been times that the only means to resolve a problem was to call the representative for our account. With this 24/7 account feature, you have full access to everything. Not sure if that addresses the question, but having that capability at all times of the day/night really is helpful with Flex.
