Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is being used for basic employee information, payroll, insurance, healthcare enrollment, etc. It allows us to have one platform for everything employee, and allows employees to gather information without contacted a human resources person.

Pros

  • Provides access to insurance options and additional information.
  • Allows employees access to their information whenever they need it.
  • Provides one platform for everything employee.

Cons

  • Platform gives false information when you don't enter information in the order it expects.
  • User must often look in more than one place for the needed information.
  • More extensive options are not available.
  • Greater HR centralization.
  • Saves Time.
Some experiences have been unpleasant and uninformed.
