Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use it for payroll only. Employees can access their pay information there, including tax forms.
  • Running payroll is straightforward.
  • Information is readily available to staff.
  • Customer service is top notch.
  • Paycheck information doesn't show up very quickly following payroll run.
  • The site doesn't always work intuitively for some out of the ordinary situations.
  • It would be helpful to have the employees shown in alpha order on the reports.
  • It is efficient!

It's simple and straightforward.
With our small organization, it works very well. I don't know how well-suited it is for larger companies since I don't have their experience.

Using Paychex Flex

2 - Not sure how you want the question of users answered. To clarify, we have two people who have admin privileges and 15 total staff who access your site for their personal information.
  • We use it to run payroll.
  • We use it to access reports, including tax reports.
It is working well for us.
