Overall Satisfaction with PayPal Payments

PayPal Payments is a great platform for invoice creation and quick payments. It is the preferred payment platform for a handful of vendors, and it was simple, straightforward, safe, and quite easy to use. There was an option for the Payee to create an invoice using PayPal Payments and send directly to the Payer via email with a note, and the Payer can choose to complete the transaction by paying with a credit card or a linked bank account.
  • PayPal Payments allows Payees to create a clear, straightforward, and professional invoice with all the necessary information including company logo quite easily.
  • PayPal Payments allows parties to make a payment or request for payment with a super easy-to-use UI.
  • PayPal Payments allows various forms of payments including using linked bank account, different credit cards, and now there's even an option to trade cryptocurrencies.
  • If there was one thing I think PayPal could work on, is getting more businesses and individuals to adopt to platform as the go-to payment method. Perhaps adding a recurring payment option.
  • The invoice creation feature is fantastic.
  • The ability to use a credit card is a huge plus.
  • Sending invoices and payment completion confirmation via email makes easy for record keeping.
  • The version we use is completely free.

PayPal Payments is just so straightforward and easy to use, and I trust the platform in protecting my privacy and data security. It can be used for personal and professional payments, donations, online purchases, cryptocurrency trading, budgeting, you name it. I feel like as far as payments are concerned, there really isn't a scenario where you can't use PayPal, unless you don't have the necessary information to create an account.
