I have used PayPal Payments when receiving payments from selling on eBay, hand-to-hand sales, and other forms of reimbursements. I've been very satisfied with how secure and easy to use the platform is.

PayPal Payments is secure because it has multiple authentications while setting up the platform and each subsequent use.

I think PayPal Payments could do better at explaining extra fees from within the app. There are resources online, but some people may want the answers to be more prevalent.
