Overall Satisfaction with Pigment

We needed a system to help us get out of Excel and into a more user friendly interface to properly align on a long term forecast model and a more percise outlook of current operations.

Pros

  • Stores all data in one database
  • Easy to learn funcionality
  • User friendly interface

Cons

  • Ability to customize formatting to management's liking
  • Better integration with Excel
  • Clear eyed view of financial performance
  • Scenario based changes
  • Data integration
There is a learning curve for everyday users. From a management standpoint, automation helped provide real time outlooks.
Similar with Pigment being more favorable on the flexibile side
