Overall Satisfaction with Pipeliner CRM

We use Pipeliner as our housing for our sales process, accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Pipeliner has made the system intuitive for admins.
  • Pipeliner has made the easy for users, this helps with adoption.
  • Pipeliner has great automation tools.
  • Pipeliner has come a long way to make it comparable with other CRM's, there are still a few limitations but they get smaller with every release.
  • Pipeliner is useful to us for what we are using it for.

Pipeliner has done a great job with their updates over the past 6 months to make the tool very user friendly.
One of Pipeliner's #1 assets is their support team. Being able to get in touch with a person from their in app chat and get most answers right away is an amazing benefit!
Pipeliner is easy to set up and easy to train on. With the new automation tools it's a great tool.
