Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize PlanGrid to streamline the punch list process. PlanGrid allows multiple users to contribute to the punch list without a lengthy process to compile the results. Being able to take a picture of the issue and have it instantly attached to the note regarding the issue is helpful. As the contractor completes the items the list is updated and a current report can be issued at any time to update the team of the progress.

Alternatives Considered

We selected to use PlanGrid over the traditional Word/Excel combination for its ease of use, and streamlining of the process.

Likelihood to Recommend

When there is a team working on a project.
The ability to have 5 people add items at 5 different times, and still be able to create a report without having to collate 5 different reports is great.
