Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish
The product and network for Pollfish delivered as expected, if not more. We were surprised how quickly we could get 1,000+ consumer responses, and we could easily identify whether the responses were representative of the Australian population. However the part that really surprised me, was when we had an enquiry (a couple of times) there was real-time (30 seconds) webchat support. I have trust that if we need to use Pollfish again, that we will be supported by a real person if we need help with our account.

- It was harder to understand how the 'extend responses' worked - as the distribution of extended responses behaved different than I expected (we added new segments/territories, but the survey continued to add surveys to existing territories, which we were able to monitor in real-time and intervene, but it behaved differently than expected).
- We were able to get the results we needed within 48 hours
