Overall Satisfaction with Progress Sitefinity
We use Progress Sitefinity to produce a richer web experience for our 'customers' and so that we can better understand their online activity and as a result the issues facing their business. It is used by 2 or 3 'super users' in our organization, though the information that is gleaned from the system is used across the organization.
- The system is easy to use by relatively inexperienced users
- The system gives us a good insight into our customers
- The system integrates well with other packages
- A relatively expensive system
- There is some functionality that we expected would be provided by Progress Sitefinity but isn't (eg mass emailing)
