Overall Satisfaction with Progress Sitefinity
This is a web CMS platform that's being used across departments, but only by a subset of employees that work on web content.
- Modern infrastructure.
- Good quality of technical support, and a renewal/sales representative that is willing to work with you.
- Lots of features and room for customization.
- Delay in getting technical support tickets assigned.
- Performance is a bit of an issue, but that may be due to our on-premise infrastructure.
Progress Sitefinity is a pretty good product, especially for .NET/Windows platforms.
