I've used ProWritingAid to improve the candidate communication by proofreading the emails to be sent and optimising the job descriptions, job postings to improve readability and to check the tone mostly like used to draft offer letters and documentation aswell and to enhance the LinkedIn and LinkedIn recruiter to check tome, structure, and grammar

Saves time and brain power whereas helps to avoid rewring and overthinking for emails or linkedin postings. Helps with non native English speaker whereas not everyone can speak or write a better english for the others understanding

It has better grammar and spelling checks rather than ChatGPT, tone suggestions and writing styles has an extensive adjustment rather than all the above it also helps with the customization it has best recruiter use case fit.
It also helps with refining tones rather than a overly generic phrases and many.
