Overall Satisfaction with QlikView

QlikView is being used across the whole organization both on Web and Mobile platforms. Due to QlikView's user driven approach to the Business Intelligence, we have a wide range of business users from the field people to the executive management.

We mainly adress the business problems such as performance and activity reporting.
  • Activity and Sales performance reporting
  • Fast and dynamic data presentation
  • Customization/personalization features such as bookmarking
  • Our biggest challence is the end user training. Most of the available training content is targeting either developers or power users.
  • Static reporting module is not as flexible as an Excel report when it comes to formatting
  • Expensive pricing for individual and shared session certificates
  • Dynamic querying allows users to see the results in a matter of seconds
  • Bookmartking funcionality saves time
  • Broad spectrum of user profiles helps us to adopt QlikView across all channels
  • Crystal Reports,Tableau Desktop
Keeping the data on the RAM provides us the ability to dynamically generate and run data queries. The user friendly interface allows users to interact with the dashboards and crate their own version of analysis. Another great benefit of QlikView is the object oriented development flexibilty, which enables developers to implement customer tailored solutions.
I have never worked on such a dynamic data modelling tool. You can feed QlikView with almost any data source and it is still super fast since it stores all the mapped data in the RAM of the local computer. Another renewal reason would be the fast adoption rate. It is fairly easy to use for the end business users.
It is perfectly suited for realtime performance tracking and reporting. Other than that, dynamic querying is the strongest suit of QlikView.
