Overall Satisfaction with Quixy
The platform Quixy has been adopted by almost all the departments within our organization. However, my review is confined to my experience in using this platform since last 2 years.Using Quixy, we developed applications to track the service requests and issues raised from our customers from different parts of the country. Prior to adopting Quixy, the team used to receive used service requests via different modes such as emails, chat support, telephone whatsapp etc. Tracking and assigning these services requests to the concerned personnel was the issue of the past. Quixy helped us in automating this process, the platform has made our lives easy by tracking the requests online and assigning it to the concerned personnel.
- Issue Tracking - The platform has helped us in tracking the issues efficiently and work till the closure of the issue.
- Document Generation - This feature helped us in generating documents quickly and sharing it to the customers with required information.
- Reporting - The report builder tool helped us in generating reports and submitting to the customers for processing of payment etc.
- Small features like login using mobile number can be implemented

Quixy helps in quick automation of any complex business process within hours. The platform is suitable for teams/organizations who does not wish to spend time and effort on apps which are of immediate need. The app library has lot of predefined applications which can be used and improvised on top of it.
