Overall Satisfaction with Quosal
All sales quotes are done using Quosal. Our PSA is ConnectWise and the integration with Quosal was the driving force in our selection.
- ConnectWise integration. Opportunities are linked to Quosal quotes.
- GreatAmerica Leasing tie in. Allows us to add lease estimates to our quotes with a few clicks.
- Reasonably easy to use as long as we don't want to do too much.
- Hard to use for complex comparisons, choices, options, etc.
- Order Porter is a nice feature but it not very user-friendly. Should not have to train our clients on how to use the order site. Should be more intuitive.
- Not very customizable. Yes there are settings that can be changed but to do any real customization requires extensive effort.
- Don't think it has made a material difference in actual sales.
- It has made internal administration of quotes easier.
We used to use Quotewerks but switched due to the Connectwise integration.
