Overall Satisfaction with RationalPlan
Used for a project for a customer. Also using agile scrum tools for bottom up management.
- Simple interface easy to use.
- Runs natively on mac and is reasonably priced for what I need - high level project planning.
- Does way more than what I actually need it for.
- Milestones should be a primary option instead of 0h to create one.
- Helps explain the target schedule and resource estimates for cost of the project
MSProject - way too expensive for what I need. I think I could do everything I did in MSProject in RationalPlan
