Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

In our organization, we use Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) for Product Development

Pros

  • Long uptime
  • Satellite integration
  • Stable

Cons

  • Get away from Gnome!
  • Add better Active Directory support
  • Better upgrade paths for major version upgrades ( 7 to 8 to 9 )
  • Quick access to open source software
I gave Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) this usability rating because I think Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is Pretty good, gnome isn’t great imo (in my opinion)
