Overall Satisfaction with Relativity

Relativity is used primarily to conduct legal, regulatory and internal investigation document reviews within our organisation.

Relativity is a well established tool that continues to evolve and look for ways to improve. Particular focus on Australian workflows is very promising for us and appreciated. There is a lot of scope for improvement in the processing and PDF workflows but it is great to see Relativity being proactive in those areas.
We continue to use NUIX as our processing tool but are testing and working with Relativity on the processing workflows which will hopefully in time, ensure that we use Relativity from end to end rather than from document review onwards only. NUIX is ahead of Relativity in terms of processing in our view but we are hopeful Relativity will be able to meet all of our processing needs in the near future.
