Pros

Cons
- Include AI transcript into all plans a la Followup Boss
- Create rules engine to allow for custom if/then actions - Lead calls in, missed call, changes to OPEN status, if OPEN status exists for more then 2 hours, create task for [user or user role] to respond......If new lead comes in from [lead source] create a task for [user or user role].......If [tag] is applied to lead, change status to [status] and assign task to [user or user role]. Most CRMs have this. Good examples are REIsift although theirs is limited. this is different than global tasks which only create a task upon lead creation. That's just the first step

REIsift, Leftmain - salesforce, invelo, investorfuse...used all of those in the past. REsimpli is easier to use than those and the regular updates seem to be pushing the CRM in the right direction instead of focusing solely on upsells or rarely used features.
