Overall Satisfaction with Saba TalentSpace (formerly Halogen)

We use this application primarily for performance management and appraisals. We have also used it for 360 Peer Reviews.

Pros

  • Knowledgeable CS agents.
  • Current software updates.

Cons

  • I have been through numerous CS agents and account managers.
  • The company was sold.
  • While it is an expensive tool to use, it has made the process streamlined and efficient.
No other applications, other than the old paper forms.
I have had many, many account agents. It is a bit frustrating to have to explain my situation over and over again to a new person. But all the ones that I have had have been very knowledgeable about the product.
