Overall Satisfaction with Saleo

One really helpful use case of Saleo is when our primary points of contacts need to pitch our software to the ultimate decision maker and the decision maker was not available for prior demos. Saleo is critical in providing a guided demo that they can use to really deliver the message they are intending

Pros

  • giving champions an easy to use demo without getting lost
  • in rare events of back end issues, Saleo is critical as it allows us to demo without interruption
  • helps POCs come to life!

Cons

  • My biggest feedback was being able to add in additional click through screens after a tour was created. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this feature was already rolled out the last time I logged in.
  • a more interactive training experience could be beneficial for first time users.
  • a public facing roadmap or email of newly released features on a recurring basis could be helpful
  • So far I have used Saleo for 2 of my opps and have a successful 2/2 win rate. I am close to going 3 for 3 as I am writing this. average ACV across all 3 are in the low 6 figures.
It's great as is but I'm sure there's always room for UI improvement (not saying there is anything currently wrong by any means but there is always an opportunity for any system to have improved UIs). I've already noticed UI enhancements as more and more development to the platform has come. But overall it is great where it is today.
Saleo is way easier to use and allows you to be more guided. Figma was more complicated and feels like it lacks a lot of functionality or usability. I don't need to train someone on how to use a Saleo click through demo like I feel I would need to do with Figma

Well suited as a post demo or high level demo resource. I believe initial demos live should use your normal platform but any follow up material would be great with Saleo.
