Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Audience Studio (formerly Salesforce DMP) is a great tool to add if you are already involved with the Salesforce universe. It helps us in effectively manage our leads, opportunity, and contacts across our marketing team. It helps us keep track of lead/opportunity lifecycle and their activities across. Other minor use cases are revenue forecasting and demand/supply management using the dashboards provided.

  • Dashboard's visualizations can be improved and may provide better charts.
  • There is usually a lag when data processed is huge.

It is well suited for mid to large-size companies due to pricing. It can be a good option only if you have a well-trained salesforce resource as it needs technical expertise to operate in a Salesforce environment. It is not well suited when all you are looking for is reporting.
