Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

We used it to organize our client database, send our prospect emails, check on advances, give follow up and track progress. The product does address the follow ups and organization.

Because I am fairly sure this tool is great for bigger companies, however, smaller businesses could be spending too much when investing in it

I think that Salesforce Sales Cloud is a much better platform for bigger companies than the one I used it with. It helped with giving us a perspective of what we needed, but the technology may have been too technical for some of the not-so-experienced members of our teams.
