Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

I am a realtor and we use Salesforce Sales Cloud to keep track of our companies sales, customer information, and house information. We can easily access customer information and see how well each agent is performing compared to the others. We also can send out automated emails to our leads/ past customers.

  • Website is very slow
  • Mobile also loads slow
  • Mobile is confusing
  • Automated emails are complicated
  • When you generate the reports, it is easy to see how well each agent is doing and all of the agents like to compete for the most commission each month so being able to generate the reports so easy helps us to have more sales
  • Even our older agents who are not as tech savy, it is each for them to add customer information into the contact field
I rated the automation an 8 because our broker set up automated emails that go out to each agents clients on certain events like holidays, birthday, house anniversaries, etc. However, I do not like setting up the automation myself. It is very complicated and much faster to just send an email direct to the client from my outlook

I like the automated emails that my company set up that auto sends to each agents leads but I do not like having to create my own so I usually do not and just manually send emails from my outlook
