Overall Satisfaction with Sampler
Sampler allows me to try out different samples of foods, skincare products, and other useful items. This helps us in a way as I provide meals for my employees and having samples of foods help me determine what foods are good to purchase for them to eat during lunch and sometimes dinner if they stay late.
- Provides samples of different types of items ranging from food to beauty product.
- Site GUI was straightforward and sign up was easy.
- Getting samples of products help me determine if they are a right fit for my team.
- I rarely get samples.
- Emails of sample available to try seem misleading as they go away almost immediately.
- I get the wrong items sometimes.
- Samples allow me to determine if it's a good fit to buy for the team (mainly food).
- Waiting for samples is tiring, not worth it in general. Better to go out and buy a few items and try it out.
- Sometimes, wrong items are sent, which negatively impact us, making us miss out on the sample we want.

Sampler is the first of its kind that I tried and I haven't tried out anything similar so I don't believe there is a product that I can compare to stack up with. Sampler has a nice feature allowing us to try out their sample but did a bad job in distributing samples as it tends to take a long time for us to get it and sometimes we would get the wrong samples.
