We use Ariba as an integration platform for customers. For hosting catalogs and transmitting orders, order confirmations, and invoices. We also respond to inquiries and tenders via this portal. We have also created a public catalog where we can present our company and our products. This enables us to automate processes and generate revenue

The portal sometimes takes a long time to load, and not all status messages are accurate. The help portal hides the ticket function, and the answers to questions are often unclear.
