Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
SAP Ariba procurement is used by the whole organization. It is how we keep a list of the vendors that we use. It is also how we conduct invoicing, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and contract details along with payment to the vendor. We use it to track payments on a quarterly/one-time/annual basis.
- It keeps things straightforward.
- It keeps the company organized.
- Efficiently manage vendors and contracts.
- Search functionality is not great.
- Going back/forward from a page has challenges.
- Editing can be difficult.
- It helps me keep track of all contracts with vendors.
- It doesn't give me reminders so sometimes things slip through the cracks.
- We can look at historical contracts/different vendors to ensure we are getting a good price.
I have not used other products like SAP Ariba Procurement.
