Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
We use SAP Ariba Procurement to place purchase orders and track all internal and vendor expenses. This is very useful for the sales teams as they sometimes buy displays for the vendors and the displays that get placed in the stores. Internally, we use it to have the employees place orders for any items they may need.
- It tracks all purchases for auditing purposes
- It has an established workflow for the ordering of items
- It has a detailed department and team breakdown for expenses
- It being a bought system, it does not seamlessly integrate with the other SAP tools
- It does not communicate with GRC for access provisioning
- It also needs to have its own internal reporting for user usage

- Being able to create the vendors accounts to track expenses
- Tracking all expenses for reporting purposes
- It does keep a solid in tracking the expenses and who ordered what supplies
- Because it does not communicate with other SAP products, we need a third-party communication tool
- Administrating the tool is a bit of a headache as it does not follow standard SAP items
