Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We're using SAP BTP as our platform for our products. We created to products based on BTP using services like Build process automation or HANA database. Our products are focused on AP. We try to keep SAP core clean through BTP. BTP enables our customers to achieve a clean environment without leaving SAP world.

Usability

Business process automation has still room for improvement. Performance wise as well as functionality. We're looking for further developments in direction of SAP taskcenter.

Support Rating

Often support can not help directly, because issues might be caused by running condition. The support time highly depends on the team. Some request are just declined, because functionality is not frequently used or not in focus.
