Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

Custom Development, Integration, Cosume Saas offerings from SAP and Partners e.g. in the utilities sector

Pros

  • Integration capabilties especially EDA
  • Reduce effort for operation teams
  • Scalabilitz

Cons

  • SAP API Managements features are far behind compeitores in terms of automaton capabilities
  • Helpes us with the Clean Core transition
Good, but constantlz changing
I have seen but not used the use cases
Better integration with other SAP Products, but also more costly
