Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
Classical PI/PO had many issue in getting data flowing from many interfaces and it was tough to have insights on end to end implementation of Business process .With SAP Business Technology Platform monitoring mechanism was able to segregate the list of interfaces with errors .Have Alerts build to set up a reminder to vendors incase of any error ,there by reducing the MTR.I m loving this product.

- Payload which provide more insights if we want to correlate data to other data sets
Cons
- add more app for end to end monitoring with integration from various systems
- some times the timestamps which are collected does match the exact time for records
- more on performance monitoring
