Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We are in the process of moving to Integration Suite to modernize our integrations. We currently use PI/PO which is nearing end of support and we need a better solution for our non SAP integrations

  • good solution for SAP - SAP integrations
  • better solution for SAP to Non SAP integrations
  • Ease of use

  • Would like to see APIs for a variety of non sap solutions
  • Improved connectivity
  • error monitoring and error resolution
We has plethora of non sap applications for some of our business processes. The ability to connect with those applications is good
The support has been great
I have seen but not used the use cases
it seems to meet all our requirements
