Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

SAP Business Technology Platform is being used in our organization for better connecting the SAP server with legacy system like mainframe and salesforce. It's low code/ no-code so easier to integrate HANA server with non-SAP server for data sync and rapid development of the product for the production. It helps us to get real time insight of data.

Pros

  • extension to the SAP features and to the existing features in the system
  • seamless system integation
  • rapid development due to no code technology
  • business workflow automation becomes easier

Cons

  • main issue is lack of platform or documentation , so the learning and adaptability is very slow
  • system looks like little tricky on the architecture standpoint
  • faster development leads to faster production
  • cost effectiveness for better ROI
  • Real time data insight for better decision making
we connected our SAP servers like mm,litmos to the legacy system we have like dynamics and salesforce, which helped us a lot during data migration and system integration. It helps the entire business automation process. Easier to analyze and manage the data with beautiful dashboard. After having this much still it's cost effective
They are very quick and helpful for resolving the concern or issues being raised for the application. Efficient and fast for any kind of use case and any number of server reachouts. Areally hero product from SAP for saving the integration effort. No code causes less training and high yielding as well.
I have seen but not used the use cases - I saw use case for one of my client where we were moving or migrating the data from lower stream to higher stream.
