After five years of SAP Business Technology Platform here are my thoughts

ALL (!) products and services should be made available in EA. It is extremely annoying that individual products which are attractive to us again are NOT available and require a separate subscription. Right now we do regret that we signed such a large EA contract, while struggling to find budget for other services only available through subscription. That is NOT what we signed up for.

Speaking about this topic, it does not make one thing better that we first had to migrate SAC from subscription to EA, actually requiring a technical migration effort without ANY benefit, whereas now - after signing a BDC contract / SAC moves out of the EA again, leaving me with even more cloud credits which I will struggle to use. This is in plain words idiotic and as unattractive to us, as it can get. It is really about time you guys start to think in terms of how we can bring benefit to the customer instead of only optimizing your own revenue, this is not sustainable, as you may find out one day.
