Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
Today we are migrating to SAP Integration Suite within the SAP Business Technology Platform and we are also using SAP CPI for certain e-invoicing integrations.
Pros
- SAP Business Technology Platform does Initial setup well
- Security build
- Using SAP Business Technology Platform Integration with on premise systems
Cons
- In my experience, SAP Business Technology Platform has room for improvement on How to integrated new service when they are not part of the tenant
- I think SAP Business Technology Platform has room for improvement with Cost calculation
- Comparing with my current perpetual license model some cases are expensive
- Tenant cost
I have seen but not used the use cases
- AI & Analytics Engine, BDRCloud Backup & Recovery and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
