Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We are doing implementation of sap cloud alm and integration of all system of our clients. Migrating all our client applications as per the requirements. Cloud identity services to managing the users.its a great platform. I used to provide trainings on sap btp administration on monthly basis for our new joiners

Yes, SAP Business Technology Platform helping the clients to use the data more efficiently and agentic way. Like BDC and business analytics with multiple tools available to integrate. We can easily make available data to client in the format they need either in their mobile app etc.this help to make the decision faster and effective.
Yes the support is good and we are expecting promptly solutioning of the customers issues. As this is bringing new experience to client and their users so that's why in early phase people facing issues to reach the right product team for their solutions and resolutions In rightly ways. But this is excellent experience.
I have seen and used at least one use case - Like transformation of sap cloud alm. CI CD automations. Many more case used and tried to get the help to reach the right path in less time for our configuration and it's architecture. We have links to go through the available cases and try to find the match to ourtask
SAP Businesses Technology Platform is the one of its kind which has built the ERP experience and more about the client choice. As many companies already on ERP and BTP till now is more aggressive towards the future technologies like AI, open integration and cloud public edition. This has the most robust and easy transformation path.

We have done multiple configurations where we found easy to configure and integration like work build zone , ads, cdci, Cloud alm integration and migration of solutions manager applications and configuration in cloud alm. Help client to be more robust to handle the alerts and system configurations. We have multiple learning and demo sessions on SAP Business Technology Platform.
