Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
Currently we have started using few of the services in SAP Business Technology Platform like event mesh, BAS where are piloting to understand the capabilities. We plan to do more experimentation with process automation. Few use cases are around vendor payment automation and inspection lot completion.

- New capabilities which allows faster app building
- user interface is modern and scalable
- architecture allows scalabilty collaborate with other applications
Cons
- Performance of user experience with UI5 front end can be improved
- Grow Build process automation catalogue for plug and play
- Yet to make big impact
- Opportunity is available to make impact
