Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

For Custom Apps, Integration Suite, Build Work Zone, Cloud Transport Management. To adopt clean core and side by side extensions, Fiori Apps are developed on SAP Business Technology Platform. Also for SAP Business Technology Platform Transport migrations, we are using Cloud Transport Management service and alert notification service to check the status. Alert notification has significantly helped in getting real time notifications for failures and successful movements.

I have used Cloud Transport management with the combination of Alert Notification service. The process to define landscapes on SAP Business Technology Platform for the new systems is very streamlined and straightforward. The notification service has really cut down the worry of notifying the end user in case of a TR failure or success.
I have seen and used at least one use case - Automating Cloud Transport Management process using Alert notification service and Automation Pilot.

SAP Business Technology Platform has really been helpful in giving end users and business users access to the Fiori apps.
Secondly, areas like Build Process automation and Document Extraction AI service have been really helpful in building quick prototypes and workflows. It has made it easier for citizen developers and business users as well
