Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

We use SAP Integration Suite for integration between our on-prem and SaaS platforms. It is soon to be used for extending ECC6 and eventually S/4. We will also use it for hosting Fiori apps in the near future.
  • Integration.
  • Mobile.
  • There are not a lot of people who truly understand the product.
  • Negative ROI so far, but we've seen this as a critical path for SAP.
We have used it for IBP integration back into Ecc6.
We also checked out Mulesoft, but it seemed it required far more technically advanced teams to operate it.
It is well suited for SAP to SAP integration. It is great for mobile apps, but ideally, you need a better framework to allow for more out of the box scenarios.
