SAP Integration Suite is the best product for integration architects

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SAP Integration Suite for building and testing A2A, B2B integrations between our ERP, customers, vendors and partners. The requirements for integration at my business is supported by Integration Suite. Our company is best supported by using Integration Suite.

Pros

  • Review of integration requirements to propose the best integration solutions.
  • Enables business to business integration using AI and ML tools.
  • Allows us to use SAP prepackaged integrations to support industry best practices.

Cons

  • Cloud Integration does not have undo functionality and a developer can lose mins-hours of lost work if they have to exit out.
  • Trading Partner management is too new and a risk to use in our company at this time.
  • Integration Advisor is slow in performance and could use some help.

Return on Investment

  • Reduced development time by days/weeks
  • Uses SAP best practices on the API HUB
  • Documentation provided
