In our organization, I use SAP Concur for my monthly expense reports

Pros

  • One thing that I think SAP Concur does particularly well is that SAP Concur notifies you of the issues with expense
  • Another thing that I think SAP Concur does particularly well is itemization

Cons

  • In my opinion, receipt uploading has room for improvement in SAP Concur
  • In my experience, getting help with troubleshooting has room for improvement in SAP Concur
  • In my experience, none - with SAP Concur I lose money when i lose receipt
