Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, we use SAP Concur for Travel and Expense Mgmt

Pros

  • I think SAP Concur does Expense Report Creation well
  • In my experience, SAP Concur does Hotel Room Booking well
  • In my opinion, SAP Concur does Expense Reporting well

Cons

  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in SAP Concur because, in my experience, Airline booking capabilities are horrendous.
I gave SAP Concur this usability rating because, in my opinion, SAP Concur could be a little more intuitive especially when allocating expenses to multiple cost centers or internal orders
